  • Comment: Great little carry-on bag or even over-night bag. I especially like the handle and how it manovers while pulling it. Very roomy. Will take it everywhere with me.

  • Comment: I'm amazed by the many glowing reviews here for these suitcases.
In a nutshell, these bags are well designed, but the engineering does not live up to the design.
We purchased two 29" and one trolley tote. Immediately there was a problem with the telescoping handles on the 29 inchers. They felt flimsy when extended, and to return them to the closed position, a button had to be pushed "just so" or they remained in the locked position. That was an irritation at the start.
Small locks were included for security (I suppose), and they were a joke.
While the bags look great, they suggest the quality of Chinese manufacture from about 1990. Having read other reviews here, I agree that it's only a matter of time before disaster strikes with these bags.
Hopefully only as I'm wheeling up to the front door of my house, post-trip... .

  • Summary: good sturdy luggage
  • Comment: This rolling luggage seems well made and should do what it is intended, but it was billed as light weight and roomy, and on both counts it is a bit lacking. The curved corners around the zipper make it harder to fill, and the expansion gusset is on the side of the front flap rather than the main section of the case. I like the wheels and the extension handle for rolling, but there are times when it would be nice to have the handle stop when it is extended halfway.

  • Summary: Excellent quality bag
  • Comment: I love this suitcase! It's lightweight and expandable. The rubber wheels roll quietly. The handle is nice and tall which was a lifesaver since my husband and I are both tall. Consumer Reports rates this little guy as a best buy and I totally agree. The price was excellent and after 4 flights I'm very pleased with the quality of the purchase as well.

I used this rolly along with the Traveling Toddler Car Seat Travel Accessory and the rolly bag hauled a very full load packed in the bag, along with my Evenflo Triumph car seat and my 30 lb toddler strapped around it AND another Delsey carry-on shoulder bag on top. So I'd say that after 4 flights with this load, that the bag performed wonderfully. It still looks brand new and should last a long time. :)

  • Summary: good carry-on
  • Comment: This luggage is the maximum size for carry-on luggage at Delta and most other airlines. It works well and is very convenient. Unfortunately, the extendable handle makes for wasted space at the bottom of the luggage, and the expandable top wastes space there when the unit is used as a carry-on.
